I love to read & write, listen to music and watch movies.
The Dresden Dolls are my absolute #1. They’re incredible.
 I'm also pretty much in love with Tori Amos. Mulholland Drive is the best movie ever. It’s exhilarating, magical, inspiring and everything I could ever wish for.
Special Topics in Calamity Physics is my favourite book. There are other books I really like (if you want to know which, just ask) but this one I absolutely love. I was so taken away afterwards.
I like to disappear in stories.

I love Scandinavia, England and Scotland a lot
. I'm very interested in the US and cultural studies

I love languages. After English, Swedish is my favorite language, but lately I've been getting very fond of Danish as well.

I don’t like disco’s at all.

I love women. Every once in a blue moon I happen to like a man. It never goes further than liking though. We usually end up being friends.

I tend to answer rhetorical questions.
I'm not very good at small talk.
I find arthouse movies truly inspiring.
Pretty architecture makes me happy.
Dalí, Miró & Kandinsky are ♥
I admire Sylvia Plath, David Lynch, Amanda Palmer and the Dutch writer Simon Vestdijk very much, for different reasons. I'll be happy to elaborate if you want.



I love Tina Fey like crazy and hope to be as confident and shameless as she is one day.
I also love Emily Deschanel. A lot.
I love British drama, and I think Lesley Sharp is absolutely brilliant.
The Danish show Forbrydelsen is one of the best I've ever seen, and I did indeed fall in love with Sofie Gråbøl.


Apart from that, 
I like The L Word, Law&Order:SVU, Afterlife, The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, Skins and Ashes to Ashes. Most of these shows lag because I’m living in the Netherlands, but oh well.


I love the smell of mowed grass.
I believe in tolerance towards everyone, no matter what religion, sexual orientation, gender or ethnicity you have.

Sometimes I’m wishing the 60’s would return for a while. 
Life is weird, but that’s ok =).
